[3.4/5.0] Hanam Dream Rest Area "Restroom"

I visited the Hanam Dream Rest Area.

Rather than saying I visited, I stopped by while passing by. I wanted to eat the macbanseok squid that is available at all rest areas. But they weren't selling it. Can you believe it? I bought roasted chestnuts to calm my anger. Well, they were delicious. My anger subsided.

Now, let's talk about the restroom.

What about the Hanam Dream Rest Area restroom?

INFO

Located outside the establishment

Toilet paper available | Open | Separate restrooms for men and women

Atmosphere

When you enter the restroom, faceless men and women are stuck to the door, extinguishing all the coolness they had. According to my observation, there are women in the women's restroom.

Hmm, how should I put it? I don't know the reason, but it feels suitable for a rest area. It seems like it was designed by a government office.

Accessibility

When you enter the rest area, you can see the restroom signs even from a distance. They are more visible than the rest area sign. Very praiseworthy.

Size

It accommodates 26 people (22 toilets, 4 sinks). It was a busy time with a full parking lot, but I was able to use the toilet right away. There was a waiting time of around 1-2 minutes for the women's restroom.

Cleanliness

When you think about it, among the various places that provide restrooms, rest areas are places where the restroom itself becomes the main purpose. Of course, macbanseok squid or udon is important, but most people who come here go to the restroom.

Due to the large influx of people and rapid turnover, I haven't seen a rest area with a high level of restroom cleanliness. The Hanam Dream Rest Area was also in a state of not being able to handle the overflowing filth. Scattered toilet paper, dirty toilets, dirty floors, artificial air freshener scent mixed with other odors—I'm always disappointed in these aspects.

Convenience

It has automatic sensor faucets. In the case of automatic systems, if the sensor is bad, it's annoying, but it worked well here. And the lukewarm water was nice on cold days. The sink height adjusted for children was also good. Good interior design.

Special Note

There's a toothbrush vending machine. They probably sell them at convenience stores too, but it seems that many people realize it or decide to brush their teeth after coming to the restroom. This also adds to the ambiance of a rest area where many travelers come and go.
